Usage
This is a concentrated seasoning and 2 tablespoons of this for 1 kg of meat is sufficient. Obviously, more is better though!

It’s a good mix but I was expecting it to be a bit more citrusy. I tasted salt and pepper but couldn’t really find the zing. Not a bad seasoning just not what I expected.
